Estimate
Any Estimate provided by Super Oven Clean prior to the provision of the Service is indicative only and subject to revision if the appliance(s) is not as described. The Customer’s agreement to proceed with the Service(s) constitutes acceptance of that offer and forms a binding legal contract incorporating these Terms of Business. -
Service Provision
Super Oven Clean will provide oven cleaning services as agreed upon in advance. We will endeavour to provide a high standard of service, utilising professional cleaning products and techniques. While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, the degree of cleaning achievable may be limited by factors such as the age, condition, and prior use of the oven.

Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via telephone, email, or through our website. Upon booking, a confirmation will be provided outlining the agreed date, time, and cost of the service. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

Access and Preparation
The client is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the oven to be cleaned. It is also the client's responsibility to ensure that any pets or children are kept away from the work area during the cleaning process. Prior to our arrival, please remove any items stored within the oven and clear the surrounding area.

Parking
Please state if the property is a flat/house/shop as parking can be a major issue. You are required to state any restrictions beforehand as our vehicle will be in constant use, so immediate access is required.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Super Oven Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative arrangements.

Liability
Super Oven Clean is fully insured for public liability. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the oven, nor for any damage caused by faulty appliances. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

Complaints
Any complaints regarding our service should be reported to us within 24 hours of completion. We will investigate any complaints thoroughly and aim to resolve them to the client's satisfaction.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
